> You can fill out the form or talk to me through my networks (preferably twitter)> The payment is at the beginning, once paid I can start doing it, I'll send you progress so you can tell me if it's okay, (corrections are only during the sketch phase)> When you place an order, I will assume that you have already read the T.A.C.

Last updated: [27/07/2026]These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of commissioned artwork from Silver Lyon (“the Artist”) by the person requesting and paying for the commission (“the Client”).By requesting a commission, submitting a commission form, making a payment, or otherwise confirming the commission, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to theseTERMS & CONDITIONS1.- Commission Requests:
Please provide as much information as possible when requesting a commission, including references, descriptions, characters, poses, or any other details relevant to the artwork. I reserve the right to decline a commission if it does not fit my style, boundaries, or if I believe I cannot complete it to a standard I am satisfied with.2.- Payment:
Full payment is required before I begin working on the commission, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Payments are accepted through the methods specified at the time of the commission.3.- Work in Progress & Revisions:
I may provide sketches or work-in-progress updates during the commission so you can review the general direction of the artwork and request corrections.
Each commission includes approximately 2–3 rounds of reasonable revisions. Minor corrections related to the original request are included. Large changes, such as changing the pose, composition, character, outfit, or other major aspects of the artwork after approval may require an additional fee. If you would like more WIP updates than the ones normally provided, feel free to ask. I will do my best to accommodate you depending on the commission and my workflow.4.- Copyright & Usage Rights:
I retain the copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Purchasing a commission does not transfer ownership of the copyright to the Client. The Client may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as displaying it on personal social media or profiles.- The Client may not:- Claim the artwork as their own creation.- Resell the artwork or its copyright.- Use the artwork commercially without my written permission.- Remove my signature or watermark in order to claim authorship.- Use the artwork for commercial products, advertising, merchandise, or other monetized purposes without permission.- Any commercial use or additional licensing will be discussed and agreed upon separately on a case-by-case basis.5.- Promotional Use:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain the right to use completed commissions for promotional purposes. This may include displaying the artwork in my portfolio, social media, website, commission examples, or other promotional materials. If you need your commission to remain private or unreleased, please let me know before the commission begins so we can discuss it beforehand.6.- Delivery:
Commissions will be delivered in digital format via Gmail. The completed commission will include the final artwork in the agreed format and resolution. The Client will also receive the editable source file (PSD) and any other files or versions included as part of the commission, such as alternative versions, variations, or additional files agreed upon before work begins.7.-Client Responsibilities:
Please make sure that all important information and requirements are provided before the commission begins. You are responsible for reviewing WIPs and communicating any corrections in a timely manner. If you provide incomplete or incorrect information, or request major changes after approving a previous stage, the delivery time may be extended and additional fees may apply.8.- Privacy:
Information provided for the purpose of completing a commission will be treated as private. I will not intentionally share private personal information provided by the Client.However, unless otherwise agreed, the completed artwork itself may be used for promotional purposes as described above.9.- Agreement:
By requesting a commission, requesting a slot, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
